Reservations are available:
- For a maximum of three hours per day per person with a valid UD email.
- Rooms may not be reserved every other hour.
- Up to seven days in advance.
- The week prior to and during final exams, the booking window is shortened to 24 hours.
Follow the guidelines, please:
- Be considerate; study rooms are not soundproof.
- Avoid leaving personal items or valuables unattended, even for short periods of time.
- Report any damage or issues in the room to the Hello Desk in the lobby.
- Clean up and remove any trash when you leave.
- Abide by UD's Student Code of Conduct.
