Please join us in the Roesch Library Scholars' Commons for this informative session, part of UD's 2025 Love Data Week celebrations. In this session, Kelli Tittle and Matthew Willenbrink will give an overview of prominent policies UD researchers need to be aware of regarding research data, touching on HIPPA, FERPA, and NSF/NIH publishing requirements. The session will also address the concept of data as intellectual property, how the law in this area has changed over the past seven years, and how artificial intelligence factors into all of this now.
