GUIDELINES FOR USE
A valid UD email address is required to make a reservation.
Individual use of these rooms is NOT allowed.
Rooms are for 3 or more individuals.
Usage of team rooms begins at time of reservation.
Users have 15 minutes to confirm their room. After 15 minutes, the reservation will be canceled and the room will become available.
Leave rooms as you arrived. Do not add or remove anything from rooms.
Place all trash in designated trash receptacles
Users are responsible for their personal property. DO NOT leave items unattended. The Library is not liable for loss/damage to personal property.
Report any damage or equipment failures to the Access Services Desk. If damage is discovered after your use, you may be held responsible.
Failure to adhere to this guidelines may result in the loss of study room privileges and Public Safety being notified.
